Comparing home inspectors? Ask what kind of detection equipment they own and how routinely they use it. If the property you're considering has natural or propane gas lines, All Point Home Inspections will test the lines for leaks. Our instruments are always charged and calibrated when we arrive for your inspection.

We find gas leaks in a suprisingly high percentage of the homes we inspect, even in new homes. This unit finds them, even if you can't smell them. Detects leaks ranging from 50-1,000 ppm in gas lines and appliances.

Protimeter Moisture Meter
Helpful in determining if water stains are the result of current or past leaks. Uses the tried and true "pin type" method. Measures moisture from 6 to 90% in wood, dry wall, brick, plaster, concrete and many other commonly used building materials.

Bacharach Snifit Carbon Monoxide Analyzer
Helps indicate the presence of backdrafting water heater and furnace flues and cracked heat exchangers in furnaces. Accurately measures carbon monoxide concentration levels in room air between 0-1,999 ppm.
